A specific party entering an agreement with Elevate Advertising Ad Services warrants that he/she personally, or as the Advertiser’s agent, has authority from the Advertiser to request and agrees to payment for such advertising. It is understood by all parties hereto that (in the event that the signed commitment to run the agreed program is not fulfilled by advertiser), Elevate Advertising Services will charge the difference between the agreed upon rate and the earned rate. Rates subject to change at contract renewal.
